Yes, we provide individual rentals for projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and more.
Is technical support included with AV rentals?
Depending on the event, we may stay at the event and provide on-site technical support or we may just "Drop-n-Go" after setting it up and showing someone how to use it, then we'll return to pick it up later. We'll discuss this when we're planning your event and we'll always never be further than a phone call away to help you out if needed.
Can I rent equipment for indoor events?
Yes, our equipment is suitable for both indoor and outdoor events.
What types of microphones are available?
We offer wired and wireless microphones as well as microphone stands suitable for various event types.
Do you provide audio mixers?
Depends on your needs, but yes we can. Audio mixers are available for rent to ensure optimal sound quality.
Can I rent a FM transmitter for a drive-in event?
Yes, FM transmitters are available to create a drive-in movie experience.
Are your projectors compatible with laptops?
Yes, our projectors can connect to laptops and other media devices.
What screen sizes are available for rent?
We offer various screen sizes to accommodate different event needs. For our AV rentals, our 12' Fast Fold Screen is typically the most popular.
Is delivery and setup included in the rental?
Delivery and setup are always included with our white glove AV rental service. Depending on the event, we may just "Drop-n-Go" after setting it up and showing someone how to use it, then we'll return to pick it up later. We'll always never be further than a phone call away to help you out if needed.
How far in advance should I book an AV rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Regardless, give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help you out as we have a lot of equipment available.
