What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Kansas City and surrounding areas including Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, and pretty much anywhere within the Kansas City metro and beyond. Not sure if you're in our service area? Just ask.
Do you provide indoor movie setups?
Absolutely! While outdoor movies are our specialty, our equipment works great indoors too. Perfect for those rainy days or winter events.
Is technical support included?
You bet! We don't just drop off equipment and wave goodbye. Our team comes on-site to setup, operate it, and teardown. Think of us as your personal tech crew for the night. If for some reason you get one of our "Drop-n-Go" rental units, then we're only a phone call away if there are any issues.
What happens if it rains the day of my event?
No worries! We offer free weather rescheduling because, let's face it, Kansas City weather can be unpredictable. We'll work with you to find a new date that works.
How long does setup and teardown take?
We usually need about 60-90 minutes for setup and about the 45-60 minutes for teardown. We arrive early to make sure everything's perfect before your movie begins.
What power sources are required?
Just a standard household outlet (110V) within 50 feet of the setup area. Don't have power where you need it? Want to put us out in the middle of a field with nothing to hook up to? No problem - we can bring generators for an additional fee.
Is there a limit to the number of guests?
There's no strict limit, but we'll make sure to help you choose the right screen size and sound system based on your crowd. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a huge community event, we've got you covered.
Do you offer multi-day rentals or discounts for recurring events?
Yes! We provide custom quotes for extended rentals and we also offer discounts for 3 or more recurring bookings.
Are you available year-round?
Yes, we operate year-round as long as weather conditions allow for safe setup and operation.
Do you carry insurance & have background checks?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request for venues or organizations that require it. We also conduct background checks on all of our staff members that will be working at your events.
How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards & purchase orders. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Can I book last minute?
Absolutely. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance (or more for Fall events) but we'll do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings.
